Thankfully, we were there for 1night. Walls are thin and the door didn't close by itself like other hotel and resorts. Window in the tool was broken with blue tape and broken glass in the door of one of the exits.

The staff there were pleasant but the rooms were not well kept. They were in the process of remodeling one side of the hotel. The first room provided to us did not look clean. They offered me a different room that was just remodeled which was better. The hotel is close to Main Street Hyannis so you can walk from the hotel on the strip to plenty of shops and restaurants, which was the plus side to this stay.

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights, for a concert/vacation. Our room was very clean. The people were all friendly from beginning to end. There were a couple of issues. The bathroom door didn’t shut, that was a problem. Also, we were supposed to have a microwave in our room, but there wasn't one. We had to use the one in the lobby. Other than that. The location was perfect for the show at the Melody Tent. It was a great deal money wise. I cant really complain. I will definitely return to this hotel.

It's not what I expected, they put me in a small room, small bed, it smelled really bad, the bathtub was broken, the phone didn't work. Very disappointed. I expected more for the location and price.

The room was ok it could just use some upgrades like a fresh coat of paint to start. Other than that it served its purpose. If I was going back to Hyannis I’d consider staying there again just not in the Victorian suite unless they were remodeled
