Merveilleux séjour

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une résidence très accueillante, calme et sécurisée. Les 2 TV connectées et les 2 clim sont réellement appréciables. L'appartement est en bon état, ainsi que tous les équipements qui y sont présents (le frigo est peut-être un peu fatigué pour refroidir durant la période estivale), il n'y a pas de four si vous aviez prévu de vous cuire une pizza ou autre. La vue est imprenable ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

De belles vacances dans un lieu exceptionnel

Résidence et apparement bien équipé très agréables, belle vue sur mer, plage de sable fin en accés direct et piscine, situation exceptionnelle Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Quelques bémols: le stationnement est anarchique de nombreux residents se garent à cheval sur 2 emplacements, le tapage nocturne dans les environs, méme début septembre nous avons eu droit à plusieurs soirées dont une techno qui faisait vibrer sols et murs. Heueusement l'appartement a des volets et d'epais double rideaux isolants. Il faudrait que l'annonce precise que la terrasse est équipée d'un store banne électrique et que la manipulation du lit relevable, trés confortable, ne doit Pas être simple pour des personnes petites et sans force. La climatisation était elle nécessaire? Ça prend de la place et c'est mauvais pour la planète. On ne l'a pas utilisée. Apres avoir connu la canicule en ville, on trouvait l'air frais!

Au bout de la Presqu'île face à la mer

Une semaine fin septembre, vue sur mer depuis la terrasse et pieds dans l'eau directement après le portillon , on ne peut pas être mieux situé. Appartement bien équipé et très fonctionnel pour un couple. Commerces et restauration à proximité. Idéal pour profiter des beaux jours hors saison.

Bon emplacement, attractivité limitée de la location.

Pas de tromperie sur l’emplacement, l’appartement se situe réellement au bord de la plage et d’une belle piscine. De par la longueur de ses plages et de sa situation géographique, cette location vous assurera sans peine de la place sur le sable ou dans des petites criques qui deviendront alors quasi-privées. Par contre l’appartement est a réserver à des configuration de 2/3 personnes maxi, sous peines de vous sentir les uns sur les autres ; la place sur le canapé ou la seule patère de la mini salle de bain vous le rappèleront bien vite. Au final son enclavement dans une structure de vacances de masses un peu vieillissante (un Pierre et Vacances) et la propreté aléatoire du logement donneront à comparer avec un hébergement en club, dont on retrouve ici les inconvénients mais pas les avantages (restauration, ménage, activités). A vous d’appréhender le rapport qualité/prix.

La presqu'île de Giens est très agréable , encore préservée , quelques moustiques tout de même .

Appartement tres bien placé, confortable, convient pour 2/3 personnes , il manque une clim.
