Built in the year 1900 and has the perfect location for your vacation needs whether you are coming to go skiing, whitewater rafting or take pictures of the beautiful gold and orange aspen leaves in the fall. This home is just a 5-minute walk away from beautiful Clear Creek where you can flyfish, a 10-15 walk (less than 1 mile) to downtown Idaho Springs. Idaho Springs offers numerous restaurants, shopping, gold mine tours, whitewater rafting, zipline/ropes courses and many other activities. This home has a recently rebuilt fenced-in backyard that offers a welcoming and secure space for your beloved fur-baby and ample seating to stargaze. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please put all used towels in the first floor bathroom (preferably the washing machine).
Please take all excess trash (anything that doesn’t fit in the inside trash can) to the trash can outside the back yard gate.
Lock both downstairs doors but please leave the front and back door porch lights on, please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you move any furniture, it must be returned to its original space (especially the futon in the master bedroom). Noncompliance may result in a fee.
