It is accessed by a pedestrian street without car traffic. Public and private parking is very close to the apartment.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and several small appliances for preparing breakfast and meal, a cozy living room with smart tv with flat screen 32" , a modern , large and modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
