Stunning Devon views from this ground floor cottage
Jasmine Cottage has just been fully refurbished and fitted out with new furniture throughout (completed June 2020) and is a new listed property. The cottage has plenty of varied places to relax, with its own garden with unspoiled views across a the Combe Martin valley, which leads down to the sea.
The property is all on the ground level, with a private residence above. As well as the local beach the surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are just a short drive away.
There is designated parking for two vehicles. We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs. There are so many stunning walks to choose from to either take you down to the local beach or up onto Exmoor.
The Master bedroom has beautiful views across the valley and is fitted out with a new high quality super king bed, all new furniture, a walk-in wardrobe and fully refurbished en-suite with shower, basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has a new high quality king sized bed with beautiful views across the valley. The third bedroom has two new 3ft wide single beds and a snug with 40 inch TV and beanbags.
There is a newly refurbished family bathroom with a shower bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen has also just been refurbished and fitted out with new appliances and kitchenware including an induction hob. There is a table and benches for eating in the area off of the kitchen which enjoys the valley views.
The lounge area is comfortably fitted out with two large sofas and a TV and there is french windows to open out onto the front of the property.
The walled garden area has ample seating for an outdoor dining experience taking in the beautiful surroundings and valley views.
The local beach is just over a mile away and can be accessed by various interesting paths through the valley. During the mid summer the sun sets in the middle of the bay and this makes for some awesome sunsets!
Along the stretch of high street you can find various shops including a baker and butchers and hairdressers and post office and fuel station as well as five pubs all serving food!
