“Gartensuite” vacation apartment with WLAN and covered terrace

Located in Immenstaad on Lake Constance, the garden suite offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 48 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a double bed and a bathroom, offering space for 4 people. The facilities also include WiFi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment has a private covered terrace (32 m²). Please note that there is no kitchen here, so unfortunately you will not be able to cook.
If required, you can also book the “Apartment ehemalige Backstube” vacation apartment for group bookings, as this can be combined with the “Gartensuite” suite via a connecting door at the entrance. Separate entrance in the annex.
This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings.
The accommodation is just a 10-minute drive from the historic old town of Meersburg, with nearby attractions such as the Affenberg, the island of Mainau, the World Heritage Stilt Houses (pile dwellings) and the Zeppelin Museum. Public transportation is within 2 minutes walking distance and is free of charge with the Echt Bodensee Card.

Important information for group bookings/ large families:
The vacation apartments “Apartment in der Stuben” on the ground floor, “Apartment Auszeit” on the 1st floor and “Suite Heustadel” on the 2nd floor are connected by internal stairs and can therefore be combined. This means that either the whole half of the house could be booked together if required, or you could book 2 apartments, e.g. “Apartment Auszeit” 1st floor with “Suite Heustadel” 2nd floor.

The apartments “Apartment ehemalige Backstube” and “Gartensuite” can also be combined through a connecting door at the entrance and could both be booked together if required.

A total of 13 parking spaces are available for the house.
Up to two dogs are allowed. Additional charges apply on site for the use of pets.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
The entrance door is monitored with video.
