This independent holiday home has been recently renovated, it is very bright, quiet and with attention to every detail to provide guests with maximum comfort.
Its peculiarity is that of being very few steps from the coast and from the beaches, both of pebbles and of sand.
At guests' disposal there is a PRIVATE PARKING place covered and closed right in front of the house, a GARDEN EQUIPPED WITH TABLE, CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA and FREE WI-FI, available throughout the hotel.
It is perfect for those who want to make a comfortable holiday without needing a car to move around, because it is all within a few minutes walk: the center, the sea, the beaches. Supermarkets, shops and more.
If you come by car, there is a convenient private parking space for guests.
Bicycles are available for guests and will be found directly on the premises.
The living room, like all the other rooms, is very bright and the sofa bed, just bought, can also act as a comfortable double bed.
The kitchenette is functional and fully equipped with everything you need.
The large double bedroom is equipped with a walk - in closet and closet and, for the youngest children, it can accommodate cots or cribs, provided if necessary by the owner.
In the bathroom, the toilets are also brand new.
For younger guests, cots, high chairs, raised chairs, games and more are available.
In front of the front door there is a small balcony and, just below, there is a garden equipped for relaxing and outdoor dinners. Bicycles are also available for adults and children, if you book at the time of booking and while supplies last.

In the house guests can find, in addition to a welcome basket consisting of typical products of the area, guides, information, brochures on Imperia, its hinterland and its surroundings, including France.
