오피스텔을 몇개 사서 숙박업을 하는 형태. 통상의 front가 있고 직원이 직원이 있는 형태의 호텔을 기대하면 안된다. 만약 이런 형태에 익숙한 젊은 사람들이라면 괜찮지만, 그냥 호텔을 생각한다면 비추. 오피스텔에서 같이 탄 사람 중에 일부는 본인이 원래 사는 곳이고, 나는 투숙객으로 정해진 방을 찾아간다고 생각할 것. 앞집은 호텔이 아니고 그냥 사는 사람. 이분들이 음식먹고 밖에 둬서 파리가 끼어도 누구 하나 치우거나 뭐라고 하는 사람 없다. 4층에 야외 수영장이 있는데 그건 상당히 괜찮다. 수영장을 메인으로 생각한다면 좋다. 수영장 때문에 그나마 좀 나았다. 그러나 이것도 거주민들이 쓰는 수영장으로 투숙객에게 할인이 된다는 정도. 만약 수영장만이 목적이라면 구지 투숙하지 않고 제 금액 내고 사용해도 될 듯. 샤워시설은 비교적 깨끗. 정리하면 다음과 같다. - 가족과 함께 호텔도 느끼면서 호캉스 하려는 분들 - 비추 - 가족과 함께 좋은 야외수영장만 즐기려는 분들 - 세모 - 연인끼리 야외수영장에서 무드잡고 숙소도 분위기 찾으시려는 분들 - 비추 - 친한 친구들끼리 수영장도 가고 하룻밤 묶으면서 아지트 삼아 노시려는 분들 - 추천 혹은 세모 - 연인끼리 몰래 만나지만 호텔 등에서 남의 눈에 띄는 것 싫으신 분들 - 추천 제주도에서 숙박 타입에 따른 분류 - 중문단지 등 좋은 숙박 호텔을 선호하시는 분들 - 강력히 비추.(아무리 수영장이 좋아도.) - 중문정도는 아니더라도 호텔급을 선호하시는 분들 - 비추 혹은 세모 - 콘도 등에 익숙하신 분들 - 세모 혹은 추천 - 독채인 펜션, 고급 펜션을 선호사시는 분들 - 비추 - 독채가 아닌 여러 방으로 구성된 펜션에 익숙하신 분들 - 무난
