Staff was helpful. Parking wasn’t an issue. Did not like the set up of the hotel. Music from bar can be heard in the rooms. Do not like that the room door is in the atrium. Wasn’t able to easily get luggage to the room on the first floor. Had people with mobility issues and had to carry things up some steps and down the hall as no ramp to use the luggage cart. Room was clean. Got clean towels daily. Did not have breakfast.

Front desk check in person was awesome and helpful and friendly. Beyond that…this place is not good. Service at restaurant/bar was awful…unfriendly bartenders! Rooms…are awful. Curtains on the window were broken we had to clip them with my hair clips to have any privacy from the hallway. A/C was loud…you could hear every door slamming. Thin walls, small rooms…we didn’t even open our suitcase the one night we stayed thinking that we might be taking home some unwanted visitors (bed bugs???) For the price we paid…never ever again! This is not a $150 a night room…everything is dated, dingy and to be honest…a little scary. I thought maybe it would have that cute little “motel” vibe when I booked it…but no. It was disappointing.

This hotel brags about a mediocre live band that plays in a bar located in a large open central area that is surrounded on all side by the guest rooms. This band palsy country music until 10 pm on a Saturday night which disturbs every guest room in the hotel. There is NO escape from the noise until they stop playing at 10 pm. When you come to a hotel while traveling you expect to be able to sleep! NOT here unless you wait until quiet hours after 10 pm on a Saturday. On top of that they charge you $10 a person for a low end breakfast buffet that is 1 choice of eggs, 1 choice of potato and 1 choice of meat. Prepackaged danish and some bread or bagels. Even a Motel 6 offers a free breakfast. Also, this hotel offers no elevators. They were not even there. When complaining to the staff they shrugged their shoulders and said isn't it great! A LIVE band for you and well...they will stop at 10 because the whole place has a quiet hours policy.

Hotel rooms are in horrible condition- we did not feel safe sleeping. The dead bolt did not work and the door frame had obviously been “kicked-in”. I blocked the door with the dresser, nightstand and chair. We didn’t use bathroom or shower.
