Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unhöflich, fordernd, unfreundlich, rücksichtslos, faul und einfach nur unverschämt! Ich hoffe sehr, dass sie das erkennen und besseres Personal einstellen! Sogar die Reinigungskräfte waren unfreundlich und unhöflich!

Ich war aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen etwas skeptisch, aber ehrlich gesagt hat dieses Hotel meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fing mit einem kleinen Problem an: Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten reserviert, aber es war überbucht. Stattdessen bot man mir zwei separate Zimmer ohne Aufpreis an. Ich kann verstehen, dass das für manche ein Problem sein könnte, aber da ich mit einer Gruppe reiste, war es sogar besser. Zwei Fernseher, zwei Badezimmer und alles, was dazugehört! Ich möchte auch das Nachtpersonal loben. Um 2 Uhr nachts ging ich zur Rezeption, um nach AA-Batterien zu fragen, da ich nicht damit rechnete, welche zu haben. Aber sie sagten: „Natürlich, einen Moment bitte!“ und ich hatte meine Batterien im Nu. Um 3 Uhr bestellten wir dann Pizza und stellten fest, dass wir keine Teller hatten. Ich rief an der Rezeption an, und man brachte uns umgehend einen Stapel Teller, Gabeln, Becher und mehr. Sie waren wirklich außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit!
