Breakfast left a lot to be desired . The men went to McDonalds for breakfast. Staff was good, but when asked for adjoining rooms they said the rooms were side by side. But the rooms were across the hall from each other. Not side by side, or adjoining. The hotel was nice, clean with friendly staff and in any other situation it would’ve been great minus the breakfast.

The best thing about my visit was the free breakfast/customer service in the dining room. I'll give that 5 stars. The hotel location was great. Everything else? Please do better. The 1st room didn’t have heat, so we were moved to another room. The amenities/yellow bottles stored in shower (body wash & shower gel) were completely empty and no refills were available. The toilet had a leak so we used towels to fix that. (We were told that there were no housekeepers/janitorial staff available.) The hotel lobby, ice machine and restroom areas on the 1st floor were dirty. The power went out twice ....which left a lady visitor stuck on the elevator. I never saw any managers from Christmas eve 24th thru the 26th. I doubt I'll ever book this "top tier" hotel again.

Pool needs to be updated and winterize better it was freezing and ran out of towel maltebul times . The food was not bad but for a all you can eat that ran out of food very fast . The room wasen bad but not sound proof could hear everything outside the room, the hotel smelled of pot the hole stay there was aperently a evaluation of the entire hole will we were out and we never would have known others thin the front desk person telling us when we came out to get towels for the pool that was out .

It was a good one night stay for me. Used the fitness facilities and breakfast in the morning. There is a McDonalds and dollar tree nearby which is nice. Bed was comfy and tv was working as intended

Bfast was limited and was a small area for alot of people. Pool seating area was colder than the pool water and the pool water was cold. Fire alarm went off one night that woke the whole hotel late at night. Was a false alarm.

We had people running up and down the halls, slamming doors and talking loudly until 4:20 in the morning. The smell of someone smoking marijuana was so strong I ended up having to put a towel at our entrance, because the smell was getting into our room. I called the office at midnight reporting the loud people. I had to call again around 1:30 and then again at 3:20. They said they were going to come up and look into it. I think the first guy I got a hold of did come check, but I don't think the other person did. My son had an important performance that next day. I will not stay here again. I know you can't control people's actions, but as a business, you can control the consequences. It did not help that we had already had the fire alarm go off earlier that evening.
