Our stay was generally disappointing - We stayed at this property for the Indy 500 race weekend because of it’s proximity to the track. Parts of the property were in relatively bad shape, smelled of mold and the proximity was not as adjacent to the track as we thought. (But that is more of a lack of effective traffic control issue). One of the 2 elevators on what I would assume was its busiest weekend of the year was broken. “Light housekeeping” is only done upon request. Breakfast was taken away before the stated end of service period each day and the coffee maker continually broke down.

Overcharged for my visit. Had reserved for three nights and needed to cancel one night - they jacked up my rate for the Saturday night $150 and said the cancellation was like a new booking and had to pay the current night rate. Rediculous!!

Property was kind of clean, room was not made upon returning to room after being out. Loud stairwell and inconsiderate day time staff. Breakfast was ok at best with most items being out or poorly prepared. Beds were far too firm with not enough pillows. Stains on bathtub and walls in room.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Elijah at the front desk was awesome. The property and the room was nice. The only issue was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. If there there was one we didn’t know where the switch was to turn it on.

Lots of potential here with what looks like many updates. But the pool missed getting needed updates. There were rusting ladders and peeling paint from the concrete floor outside the pool. We had lots of paint on our feet going into and out of the pool.

My room was a non-smoking room but as soon as I walked in the smell of stale smoke was overwhelming! Also, the walls were so thin I could hear the conversation next door all evening. I booked and paid for a two-night stay but checked out the next morning and found different accommodations for my second night.

Staff was lovely, and room was great. Around 1:30 a.m. some local thugs in cars decided to spend 90 minutes circling an adjacent small shopping center with music booming. There was a police car parked on the hotel property, we would not have felt safe leaving our room.
