I booked this because of the mostly positive reviews of how clean it was. Upon arrival I was informed the elevator was down and the only rooms available were on the third floor. This was a little logistically challenging with a baby and toddler to try to carry them and all of our gear up and down several flights of stairs (so if you’re in a similar situation with carriers, etc., maybe call and check the status). I asked if there was a lower floor but there wasn’t. When pulling back the sheets to put toddler to bed, we found food crumbs all over the inside of the bed in our first room, which was concerning. I went down and politely requested a new room and the man at the desk was understanding and switched us to a different room right away. The second room had clean sheets, but smelled very fragrant - almost like laundry scented Febreeze if you’re sensitive to scented things. Overall it was fine for a night- but wanted to warn others in case they are in a similar situation to us traveling with a lot of luggage or with children.

This Comfort Inn is a great place to stop and rest while traveling through North Indianapolis, Indiana. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are cresh and white. The roo.s are spacious and so is the bathrooms. The shower puts out a good spray, the vanityarea is large and bright. The pool is larger and well maintained. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
