Because of street construction it was a little difficult to get to the property. Would like to see more signage on Washington Street to show how to get to the property. Staff from front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast staff were all top notch!

The older lady we met in the front was wonderful when we were checking in. She was so helpful and kind. However, as we were leaving the room to check out I checked to make sure we had all of our things and there were cockroaches. We even checked before but I guess not well enough.

Mary was friendly and helpful! The elevator was broken on Memorial Day weekend and will people toting stuff to the race it was very inconvenient. Breakfast was very good.

We had an excellent stay! The property and rooms were nice and clean and looked updated. The breakfast was excellent. For all the great things about our stay, the best part was Mary, at the front desk! She was AMAZING-so friendly, caring and attentive to our needs. She made our stay excellent! Was for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Several of the outlets in the room did not work at all. They felt really loose & not properly installed. And the tv options did not work most of the time- kept reloading/buffering over and over again.

Great stay at a reasonable price

The front desk manager was amazing. Friendly, available, and knowledgable about local restaurants. The shower in our room was odd (we were warned), and the way it had been installed meant that there was no way to avoid getting the floor very wet if you showered. But Mary, our front desk maven, gave us extra towels to help with that. While we did hear the folks upstairs walking around, even though we were on the first floor and near the lobby, we couldn't hear the folks who were hanging out there once we got to our rooms. Despite it's proximity to a very busy street, the room was quiet.

This is a Radisson brand in name only. The building was dingy and in poor repair. The elevator can only carry your luggage up. The outside of the building looks run down and it is located in the middle of a bunch of abandoned buildings. The staff is super freindly and helpful. I would not return to this hotel, and almost went looking for another hotel when we pulled in the parking lot, but it was to late to cancel and not be charged for the room.
