The stay was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is better shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. It dried out my hair and skin something fierce . I forgot to bring my own.

We arrived almost 45 minutes after check-in began but found our room wouldnt be available for another 30 minutes. This was a bit inconvenient but the gentlemen who was working explained the reason for the delay, was sincerely apologetic, and got us into a different room as soon as he could. He handled it as best he could and I appreciated the effort. The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was the average continental breakfast you'd expect - waffle station, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, with oatmeal, yogurt, etc. I'd complain if I got this from a restaurant, but was fine from a hotel without a proper kitchen. The area around the hotel is pretty sparse for restaurants and the cluster of on & off ramps makes getting around a bit of a pain. However, a few miles and you can find standard chain restaurants, fast food, and plenty of local restaurants. I'd definitely return the next time I need a place to stay in Indianapolis.

Staff was nice but the "Accessible" rooms do not in fact have a tub despite clearly stating, "Tub & Shower" combo. Breakfast was pretty standard, powdered scrambled eggs and all the carbs you could eat. No meat option.

I hope this review warns people so they don't have to experience what I did. I chose this hotel because my flight was coming in late. I wanted something close to the airport and this one had good reviews. I got in at 1:00am. The desk attendant was very nice. My first room had more than a little hair on the mattress pad (I always pull the sheets back to check for cleanliness and bedbugs) and a large bug on the wall. I asked for a different room. She apologized and accommodated. My second room was worse. Hair (from different body parts) and all kinds of I don't know what on the mattress pad and mattress. There was hair on the bathroom counter, in the sink, and hanging from a towel. I was honestly concerned about bedbugs (with the lack of cleanliness I felt the concern was valid) so though it was now 2:00am, I tried to find a different hotel. Everything was booked. I ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed on top of the covers with towels as blankets. It was supposed to be a two-night stay, but when I woke up I packed my bags and asked them to release me from my reservation. On my way to the desk I saw a housekeeper sitting in a room on her phone, which explains a lot. Again, the person at the desk was so apologetic and incredibly kind, and accommodated my request. I only got about 3 hours of sleep (my room was right next to the expressway, so very loud). This is an older hotel, which wouldn't have bothered me if it was clean. Nice desk people, horrible housekeeping!

We were very disappointed that the site stated shuttle service and that is one of the reasons we opted for this place. When I called for the shuttle I was informed that the shuttle ends at 10pm That would be important to note on the advertisement/site. Our plane didn't arrive until 10:30. It cost us $40 that we believed would be a courtesy. The public should be aware.
