Make sure u get what u paid for

Booked a King suite with whirlpool jetted tub. Very nice and clean. But I was given a queen bed room when I paid for a King so that made me mad bc i paid for it. An i requested extra towels. Which i didnt receive. Pool was nice but no towels available and the front desk lady said she would bring more but never did.

We love our stay here. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. We stayed in a room with a Jetted tub and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. We originally booked for only one night, but after seeing the place and our room we quickly decided to stay an additional night. It was a great place to stay. Wish all hotels had these amenities.

nice building- not nice people

our stay was fine- would not stay again- but it was fine. Not one employee we talked to at the desk was friendly at all- one stood and texted on his phone while we asked questions about our room. Hot tub was broken. Rooms were very clean- beds were nice.

Rooms smelled like smoke, neighbors kept smoking in their room and the smell was coming through the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff was friendly, but there wasn't anything they could do about it.
