Needs serious maintenance and updates

Had to change rooms. First room had large chunks of paint/coating peeling off in the tub, wasnt even attempted to be removed before us checking in. Went to desk, was helpful and switched rooms to "exactly the same room but without a door to the bedroom" - not quite, 2nd room had no tub. Part of relaxing weekend away plan was to soak in the tub and read a book. At that point we were exhausted and didn't want to move rooms again so we settled. Parking garage, didn't get our parking we paid for attached to new room keys when they switched so when we went out in the morning we had to pay $55 to get out, had no choice as there were vehicles behind us and had to leave garage so we weren't rude and holding others up. That fee was to be refunded but have yet to see it a week later. No follow up from location. Very disappointed.

I think parking should be free. Also, one of the elevators was down while we were there, and the other one got stuck with people in it. I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs, and I have health issues and am partially disabled. It eventually worked again, but it was super inconvenient.
