The front desk clerk seared down at his/her/their phone for a couple of minutes before noticing that we were standing in front of him/her/them. The 6 am breakfast was not ready until almost 7 am (admittedly after a snowstorm, but still disappointing and likely unnecessary). The handicap parking spots had not been plowed, and we had to park near the back of the property. The room was clean and attractive.
