We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by friendly valet and front desk staff. Their service was excellent. Our room looked cleaned but once we started looking around we noticed signs of mold. The black out curtains had large patches of mold on the backside. Our 9 year old wanted to see the city at night so her and my husband went behind the curtains to get rid of glare. They both emerged covered in mold spores and dust. Im allergic to mold. We dealt with it and said something on checkout. Frustrated considering the price for our stay.

Parking the car was a real problem. In addition… We had an issue that was our own fault, but we were hoping to get it corrected. My husband inadvertently gave an extremely high tip to the car valet, and when we realized it, we tried to correct it. We are still waiting to hear the result.

Not a 4 star hotel

The room was okay, the bathroom had ruins stained walls and mould (see pictures) the outlet next to the sink was exposed and in the mornings it sounded like a jackhammmer was going off with people showering in neighbouring rooms - I assume this was air in the pipes. Same happened to me when I was in the shower.
