Staff was amazing, room was great! My only downfall with the room was the faucet nozzle is the shower was backwards so when you turn it on, it gets mega hot. Other than that. Place was amazing! And there is a shuttle to the airport

The property was average in appearance and cleanliness. The property did not post amenities that were not available for use. You had to go and see that items were closed or inoperable.

The area around the hotel is not the nicest, and it shared a parking lot with a Motel 6. We had trouble finding a parking spot and had to park on the other side of the Motel 6. The inside of the hotel and the room were clean, nicely updated. However, we booked the hotel because we wanted a pool and on-site breakfast. The weekend we stayed there was a baseball tournament and a lot of families with kids. The hotel decided to shut the pool down for the weekend, according to a staff member, because of the young guests. Unacceptable. We paid more for a hotel with a pool. We could have stayed somewhere with no pool for $50-$100 less a night. Also breakfast was only served from 7:30-9:30am. 2 hours?! That’s inadequate as well. Seemed like this hotel cares more about keeping their jobs easy rather than giving the guests what they paid for.

Parking is the only issue

The only downfalls to the stay was parking. It is a very small lot that is shared with another hotel. So get there early if you dont wanna park a block from the hotel

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - especially the front desk associates. I was disappointed that their pool was closed, and she helped make it right. Breakfast was great. Didn't have a lot of options for water though. Gym was clean. Good views from room and room was well-maintained.

Their advertisement said they had a swimming pool… When I got checked in, they told me that the pool has not been working for three weeks… I selected this hotel because it had a swimming pool… Terrible I checked out right after I checked in and found another hotel with a pool and less expensive… False advertising
