This was the fourth Holiday Inn property I stayed within the same week, it was the only one that did not mention my membership rewards program and when I asked if they had the number I felt dismissed by the lady in the counter. All the previous hotels at the least offered a complementary bottle of water, here they said they were at a cost. So, I did not felt welcomed

Smokers dilemma.

We had a good stay for the 2 days. The only complaint is that we are smokers and there was no area (patio) to set and smoke and enjoy the weather. Front desk was very helpful with information about places to eat.

We usually only stay at Holiday Inn Express. I look forward to the nice comfy beds but this one did not have the comfy beds that all the others I have stayed in have. But the biggest issue is the parking. Very limited, they share a parking lot with the motel 6 which was also full. We ended up having to park in the Sam’s Club parking lot. Our car was probably safer there anyway as the motel 6 had multiple signs on the poles stating they were not responsible for your vehicles safety.
