Poor customer service, they just wanted you to get in get out so they could get back to whatever they were doing before you interrupted them. Breakfast was okay, definitely not worth the cost for just a little more we are going to stay somewhere else.

Lady at front desk not very kid friendly. A bunch of us came for a kids soccer tourney. Employees have to expect some noise. We had a 2 night stay. They never came or asked about room cleaning. Breakfast wasn’t good.

I would stay here every time. Jones at the front desk is literally THE BEST. We were here for my husband's surgery and he went out of his way multiple times to make sure that he was taken care of and that we were happy and comfortable. He definitely made this hotel stay the best we have ever had and one that I would recommend to everyone. The breakfast is also 🔥🔥🔥

Bathroom needed some sheetrock and paint repair. The toilet sat REALLY low to the floor. Pancake machine was not working at breakfast. It took awhile to restock the bacon. I felt the attendant should have been more alert that it was getting low.

When I explained that our stay was uncertain, as we were unsure about whether we would stay another day because of a baseball tournament, I was told to let the front desk manager know before check-out time the following day. This is my 3rd attempt at submitting the review. If names or descriptions are not allowed, where is the culpability or accountability? I didn't use vulgarity as an excuse for a short vocabulary. It just makes the point clearer.
