House is old, but in decent shape despite it and the unit was clean. Amenities stated were provided and beds were quite comfortable. The owner/manager was very nice and responsive. The property is part of a side by side, so there are neighbors and the road/traffic noise was awful especially for sleeping in the king bedroom which faces the street. If you are used to noise, probably not an issue, and ear plugs would help. Property was a 5-10 minute uber ride to the Indiana Convention Center, and the coffee shop down the street from the house was great!
The host was very welcoming and accommodating and when we had a problem with our first location he put us in another place same day no problem. I appreciate his flexibility and his ability to adapt for us.
We were in town for a 3 day competition at Lucas Oil and the location was convenient with very inexpensive Uber/Lyft options. It was walkable, but the weather was hot and we chose not to. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easy to adjust. The space was nice to hang out in!
This would be a great place for 4-6 college buddies to stay for a game. A lot of space. Short walk to Fountain Square, a bit longer to downtown Indy but still walkable. The unit is a bit rough around the edges, but we enjoyed our stay regardless. Small things could use a little TLC to easily make this place a 5-start property
We had an awesome stay, my daughters and spouses along with a friend and my 2 grandkids all stayed here. We had an awesome time. The owner even came and put in a window ac because he hadn't put it in yet and the upstairs was a little too hot to sleep comfortably. The owner was very nice and friendly and very helpful. Even offered a refund on our stay if we didn't think the place would work for us with our kid to adult ratio. There was a queen size air mattress that was comfortable to sleep on. Plenty of dishes to make our own meals. The only downfall was that there was only 1 shower and it was upstairs ( but that's where all the bedrooms are so it worked out for everyone except the one person who was downstairs ) will def stay again.
Very good place to stay for any events at Lucas Oil. Dishes were left in dishwasher from previous gusts. I think they were clean. We left in and did not use any. Walks are thin. We could hear the people in the other sides conversations. We were iffy about the neighborhood. We chose to Uber instead of walk the mile and a half to the stadium area. Overall great place.

Having No hot water in Indianapolis in November is a BIG deal. Freezing shower is not what we expected!
He did offer to move us to another rental but not the same amount of bedrooms and farther away than we wanted to be since using Uber. Offered us to go shower there as well but it was just not convenient to our schedule.
We were very patient with owner and kind about issues. He even let us flip the breaker in the basement ourselves when we were trying to get enough hot water to shower. Asked for refund of $35 each for 4 people (which was less than one nights stay) and was denied since he offered stay elsewhere. Would have cost him more than one night rental to have both properties cleaned, than we were asking to be refunded. Messaged me to let me know hot water heater was being replaced after we ended our stay.
Had a weekend stay to attend a Colts game. Older property, but well kept and clean. Close to downtown. Property owner was responsive. Overall a good value.
It was nice to be relatively close to Lucas oil stadium. The stairs getting into the townhouse were difficult to handle and the front door lockbox didnt work. The shower was incredibly slippery! The owner needs to put something down on the tub or install bars to hold on to. Overall, the townhome was a decent place to sleep.
My friend and I met here with our two teens as itâs half way between where we live. House is within walking distance of cute restaurants (daiquiri factory, coffee shop and burger place). Very close to downtown - dog friendly neighborhood (coffee shop gave him treats). House is spacious and comfy but itâs very basic so if you need fancy wouldnât recommend. It was budget friendly and fun area so perfect for what we were looking for. Owner also very responsive.
We enjoyed staying in this neighborhood within walking distance of downtown and Garfield park. The house shows it's age and has a few quirks but it didn't impact our stay in any major way.
Super clean and easy access to everywhere we needed to go in Indy! Host was very easy to communicate with from booking to checking in and checking out. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for a Colts game. Walking distance to the stadium. Good communication with the owner. Getting the front door to lock and unlock was a challenge for us, but everything else was fine.
Clinton was good to work with. He responded to texts quickly if we had a question. We came into town for the MEQ volleyball tournament. Parking at the house was easy as was getting to the convention center which was about 1.5 miles away. The house was older but quaint and aside from having only one shower, our stay was just fine.
