This hotel for the area is really dated! The outside looks really nice, but that’s where it ends. The mattresses are firm, the showers are ok, could use new shower heads, the tile is cracking and there was rust in the corner of the bathroom, the bathroom door had water damage on the bottom of it. Sub par place to stay

Mouse in the breakfast room! I very discreetly told the manager before anyone else noticed. I thought that was the right thing to do so that we didn’t have any screaming children, etc., or women jumping up on top of their chairs. One other negative for your consideration might be to spruce up the front entrance, which needed some paint and refreshing new outdoor chairs. otherwise, the accommodations were more than I had expected. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating, Charles I believe was his name. The breakfast also surpassed my expectations. The next time I am in town, I will certainly consider a return visit do the residence Inn of Marriott. Thank you, Susan Pattee.

The room I was assigned had yellow liquid spilled on the bathroom floor and smelled like urine when I checked in. Additionally, the HVAC unit was quite slow at adjusting the room temperature. Thankfully the staff were nice and the breakfast was small but servicable. Could have been a better experience if the rooms were kept and cleaned.

This property is a little dated, but reasonable for a budget hotel. Our room didn't haveany towels, but this was promptly resolved. Very friendly staff, even at midnight

Better Than Expected

The place was a little run-down. One of the two elevators wasn't working, there was a piece of paper stuck on the wall in the hallway saying a painting was being fixed. In the room, the paint was peeling on the bathroom door. But overall, the room was pretty good. Shower had good pressure and hot water wasn't a problem, but I had to pull very hard on the mechanism to get the water to go from the tub to the shower. The bed was comfortable and there was a good variety of pillows. Even though I didn't use it, having a kitchen area was nice. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff was friendly.

This hotel is very tired and is in need of a renovation. Surfaces like walls, doors, carpets all need cleaned, painted, replaced etc. The staff that was working was very nice and professional.

The hotel is in dire need of repair. I tried to cancel after seeing the room and I was told they already charged the $40 deposit and we could not cancel. We stayed in many Residence Inn’s over the years - this one was terrible! All curtains were ripped, tiles broken in bathroom, wallpaper in the kitchen had several marred places in it. There was weird mold hard water sustains on the bricks outside underneath the HVAC vents on each floor. The patio light bulbs were full of water on the patio. Will not be staying here again!!
