For starters, the room was dirty and there were bugs in the hallway. The toilet didn’t flush properly either. Secondly, I called the service desk several times because i left a piece of technology in my room, and was rerouted to the incorrect line every time. I emailed over a week ago and was told i’d be contacted as soon as possible and have still not heard back. I have location services on and can see that my things are there. Quite literally the worst experience i’ve ever had at a hotel.
