The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, and the room was clean. However, the lobby and hallway smelled heavily of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. Along the sidewalk of the building there was tons of dog poop. The hallways, lobby, and rooms are extremely dark. The wifi didn't work. There was no one to check us in, it needed to be done via video conference with a kiosk in the lobby. The photos of the rooms are very misleading. Honestly if I had the option to cancel my reservation I would have.

To start, I slipped multiple times coming into the hotel due to the driveway not being plowed or salted. I make it into the hotel, and there is a person on GoogleMeet acting as the front desk. The hallway and room smelled like smoke, the hallway was extremely dark due to the lack of lighting. Our tv was broken and there was no wifi even though it states in their listing that there is. If you need a place to stay and don’t care about the condition, this would work for you. If you want an actually decent place, steer clear.

No heating: Air condition did not work to heat the room. From 11:00 pm to 3:00 am they kept telling me a technician was coming, but no one came. Finally i wore my street clothes, parka, toque, muffker, gloves and socks and bundled nyself to get som sleep.. There was a blizzard outside. At 10:00, i complained to the housekeeping staff. The front desk clerk, who knew ecerything, clained i needed to be taught. So she came over and struggked for 15 minutes BUT IN VAUN. BTW, im a 80 year old veteran, mechanical engineer whose specialization is Air conditioning and refrigeration. Finally, they put the blane on me saying "Why did you not adk for a different room?" They promised to get ne a full refund.....i have not seen that yet
