This was one of the worst experiences I have had doing anything. My stay was awful from check in to check out. To begin with, I arrive to check in and there's no key available. I had to call CozySuites twice just to learn that the key wasn't returned and the unit could not be accessed. So, I'm sitting in my car in the cold telling them to cancel my reservation. Then, they offer to place me in a different unit just for the night. Which means I have to move my things twice. After getting in the correct unit, it was obvious the place was not cleaned: dust accumulated everywhere, food stains on the wall, crumbs on the floor, and the linen clearly wasn't washed but they placed a flat sheet on top of the comforter to hide that it wasn't washed. A day into my stay, the kitchen lights and wifi went out. I contacted CozySuites and they told me someone would come the next day to fix the issue. NO ONE EVER CAME nor did anyone contact me to tell me that no one was coming. I randomly fixed it myself. I also noticed that I was overcharged. The price listed on my reservation did not match the invoice that CozySuites emailed me. I contacted them about the discrepancy. I was told the issue was escalated and I would hear from someone. I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. I complained to CozySuites about the unit above me stomping around and was told that they would work with the property to address my concern and they would keep me updated. No one reached out to update me. Would not recommend CozySuites
