We have stayed at this property many times before. The renovations they’ve made are awesome. We enjoy the convenience of being able to walk downtown and all the fine restaurants surrounding it. Their new restaurant downstairs is also fantastic. Had lunch there and it was awesome. Also had late night drinks at the sports bar. Love the stay and the atmosphere. We all go back

Overall, it was fine. I booked a king room with a sofa bed and received a room with two queens, with no indication or explanation of room change from the staff at check in. There was a large gap under the entry door which meant we heard hallway conversations and door closings at all hours of the night. However, we never heard noises coming from within other rooms, so there is some measure of sound proofing. Again, overall it was fine, not great.

I stayed at the Westin Indianapolis this past weekend and had a great experience. There was a bit of construction going on in the lobby area, but nothing too distracting. The hotel was nice, quiet, clean and a reasonable Uber ride to just about everything I wanted to do in Indy. If the weather was not cold, overcast and rainy/snowy, there were a ton of walkable options around the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Front desk staff were so kind and responsive! Great check in experience. TV wasn’t working but they were extremely quick to send someone to get it fixed. The only hiccup was the handicap accessible shower. You had to point the shower nozzle mostly to the wall or it ran out onto the bathroom floor which made it really slippery. We just used some extra towels to get it clean up but it just didn’t make the shower relaxing. Other than that, wonderful hotel!

Very beautiful hotel and so clean! My sisters and enjoyed our weekend together in Indianapolis going to the Billy Joel and Sting concert. The staff at the Westin were so nice and welcoming. Excellent hospitality!
