I secured the room, checked in and checked out online, so staff interaction was necessary. Bed was very comfortable and clean, the building has been updated, but the age shows through the interior halls, bath tiles, elevators. It was fine for the price.

It was nice, but the floors made our feet black, the tub stunk a little bit & the pull out bed was ripped up and there was no extra sheets or blankets. Other than that; the breakfast was great, pool was nice and empty most of the time & the staff was very kind!

Would not stay again.

Stayed at other Wingate b4 but this is the worst of all. Hotel was dated. My room was awefully dirty & dusty. It felt like nobody has been staying in that room for months. Wooden furnitures had terrible big chips everywhere & they didn't bother to fix it. Looked like they are in the process of rearranging the furnitures but leaving nail holes & even bare blocks of woods on the wall without finishing touch up. Obvious stains are everywhere. I have to use more than 2 travel size packs of clorox to clean the entire room & less than 1 pack was usually enough at other hotels. Since checked in late at night, got too tired to request another room. The area around the hotel looks very run down & didn't feel safe at all. The front desk staffs were nice & courteous though.

Stay was nice, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was hot and restocked quickly. Overall Hotel was clean and felt safe. They are doing some remodeling but didn't hear any loud noise. Parking spots can be hard to get
