Unfriendly staff when checking in. Asked about the airport shuttle when checking in and was told we dont need on a list. Our flight took off this morning early we checked out of the hotel and the driver was yelling at us that we were not on the list and was trying to say he couldnt take us.

The room was poorly maintained. This particular room was handicap accessible. The shower unit was excessively loose. It would not allow an individual to shower without the use of hands. If you attempted to position the shower head so that you could shower, as soon as you let loose of the head unit, it turned and sprayed the wall. Handicap accessible yes, handicap usable, no. The toilet, constantly ran and flushed poorly as a result. The sink did not properly drain and as a result would back up and cause a minor leak under the sink that would drip onto my feet. Informed the front desk of the issues at check out. The noted the issues, whether or not they got addressed, I don't know. Unfortunately I booked through a third party, otherwise I would have asked for a discounted rate. Slept poorly because of the toilet and the shower felt less than adequate. I will likely choose a different location in that area during my next stay.

Very clean, nice rooms. Fitness room was good, nice equip and free weights. Food at the restaurant was delicious! Enjoyed Starbucks in the lobby. Short drive to convention center. The bed was super worn out on the side of the nightstand, the other side felt brand new! No restaurants or fast food near by.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. The shower? Eh. Typical hotel shower but I will say that the water pressure was better than at home. Given the chance? I’d stay here again.

For me, I will only stay at a hotel that has clean white bedding. The mattress was so comfortable and the down comforter was so thick and fluffy. AND they provided Beekman body soap that smelled fantastic. These two things alone exceeded my expectations. Also, I had a couple of meals at the in hotel restaurant, and they were great and fairly priced and the gym was in great condition.
