So many ways this was a major disappointment. Starts off with not giving us the right entry key number, so we could not enter property until several calls and hours later. Upon entering, the property was FILTHY and there was rotten food all over the grounds. Used underwear was discarded throughout the laundry room. This is the tip of the iceberg. All the AMMENITIES were in disarray. The ping-pong table was unusable, the pool floats were in shreds, the cushions by the pool were filthy and unusable. Most of the sports equipment was missing or unusable. The house, including, the bedrooms and kitchen were so filthy, we considered leaving immediately. Unfortunately, this was Xmas Day - the next day half of our guests did leave. There is much more, but bottom line, our Xmas with family vacation was ruined and we have yet to hear back from either the manager (Shevey) or VRBO regarding appropriate refund for this very expensive fiasco. Please be warned! We have forwarded many pictures and a list of over 50 plus issues that we found with this property. Don't waste your money.

Huge luxury estate. Stunning pool features.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with 11 friends.This is exactly what we were looking for. A luxury retreat with plenty of sunshine and backyard space in a huge home with lots of amenities. Every bed was extremely comfortable too. We never left the home… no need to! Everything we needed was right there. The host was accommodating and available immediately for any concerns or questions. Will be returning for sure!!! Thank you.

Most of our time was spent in the extraordinary pool. The slide was so fun even for a 60yr old!
The games were fun even for adults.
How many friends can you fit in a raft? The more the merrier!

Best Pool and Backyard of all time!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids at the property and it was perfect. We could have had several more and still had plenty of room. The backyard is absolutely amazing - we all loved the pool! It is huge and the slide is super fun - Everyone participated in activities down at the basketball/pickleball courts and it has lights so you can be out there when the sun has gone down. We haven't stopped talking about how great (and huge) the pool area is - We all highly recommend this property and will be back!

Great pool / back yard but lots of little issues

Looks beautiful in photos. But lots of little issues that shouldn’t be issues for a “luxury” rental such as two inoperable dishwashers, no hot water for 3 days, broken pool cues and ping pong paddles, big stains on carpets, broken ice maker, master ensuite faucets rattle around loosely. Could be an epic property if it was cared for.

Great house for big group!

We made last minute Spring Break plans and certainly didn’t regret it! 3 families with a wide age range of kids. The pool and spa are amazing, and definitely where we spent most of our time. Definitely recommend!

Beware. Not as advertised!

This property promises luxury, amenities, and customer service and it severely lacks in all three. The only reason I gave it two stars is the pool is really amazing and they let us check in a little early with little ones which was nice. Issues below... Things that didn't work (outdoor fridge, two fridge drawers inside, master bedroom fridge moldy, some burners on the grill, two burners on stove) Faucet in kitchen broke while there. Customer Service Ad says property manager is available instantly by phone or 30 mins in person. This is not the case. We had an issue with the main kitchen sink not working. Sent two 2 messages and 3 voicemails. Didn't hear back for almost 24 hrs. Went an entire day without being able to use the kitchen sink while trying to cook for our family. We had to go to the hardware store and temporarily "fix" it ourselves. Codes for door entry were wrong, wifi username and passwords were wrong, house and pool user manual not updated. No directions for the sonos system. Had to contact customer service to figure out all that stuff. Ad says "upon arrival, you will be personally greeted with refreshments while being guided through." Didn't happen. A premier rental of this kind should be on top of everything and they just were not. Things that were in the ad that we didn't get. Kitchen amenities were lacking...Pots and pans were old. No tongs. No spices or expired. No oil. No bottled water (ad says 200), only 2 rolls of paper towels (had to call to get more, didn't get a call back, they threw some over the fence at some point but never told us), no paper plates, no plastic cups. No condiments as promised (email said mayo, ketchup, relish, ranch, hot sauce, butter...they gave us a small refund for this) No master spa basket (supposed to have champagne, bubble bath, bath salts, lotion, candle) No Cable TV!!! No soap, body lotion, toothbrush, razor, hairspray, shower caps, etc. Not luxury towels No dryer sheets None of this is a huge deal other than we didn't pack any of this because it was supposed to be provided. Was a huge hassle. Cleanliness Chairs by pool are disintegrating. They don't wash the comforters in between users. The master one smelled bad. Floor was sticky and not clean. We had crawling babies and it was gross. Beware no filtered water. We went through 100's of bottle of water when we were here. Should not be a premier rental. This is not luxury (other than the pool).

Wonderful Property!

We stayed there at the end of June for a low key Bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect for a larger group with plenty of beds and bathrooms to accomodate everyone. The backyard was amazing with a big, beautiful pool, which we spent a lot of time in and plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating. They also had much needed misters as it was hot out. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful trip!

We booked this house for a Bachelorette weekend. it is super spacious and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and also very spacious. A lot of seating inside and out. Definitely booking this house again for family vacations! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed a much-needed reunion with our group of 8 friends and family. There was more than enough room for sleeping arrangements and the house was very spacious with an excellent floor plan. The outdoor area was certainly the highlight! There were plenty of areas to dine or relax outdoors and the pool was incredible. The swim up bar was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We were outside 90% of the time during the stay. The pool and outdoor space were fantastic. The house had plenty of room for everybody and more than enough storage for everyone's food and belonging. Owner was very helpful throughout the stay. Can't wait to make it back.

Resort like backyard!

We had an incredibly relaxing time at this beautiful resort-like property. The pool was absolutely gorgeous. Our kids played on the slide for hours everyday, and even the grown ups couldn't resist going down a few times! The kitchen and family room, where we spent all of our time that wasn't poolside, was well equipped and a great place to hang out for our big family group. The owner was always available and responsive - when the grill didn't work, she had someone get another one for us within the hour. One of the bedrooms wasn't quite as well equipped as the others, but it was a beautiful home for a family getaway and we look forward to going back again soon!
