This was one of the worst experiences I have had with renting properties in the area. From the minute we tried to check in, this management company for some reason could not figure out how to put the names of people checking in with the front gate. I sent in all the names and license plate numbers two days before arrival. We spent a lot of time at the gate and almost turned away after store runs and dinner out due to the management company not giving the gate our info after paying to rent a house. This is on the management company Vacanza. Not until after being there two days and multiple issues did the gate have a pass for us. I will add on when we arrived refrigerator was dirty, ice maker was broke, there was a broken window, a broken bed, missing lighter for the fire pit and a dog door completely coming out of the wall. I sent pictures and reported all of this, took them a couple hours to respond to anything even trying to get into the gate. I don't think the management company checks these houses enough to know the state they are in, we should not have arrived to any broken items and did not provide us good support. The last thing you want to do on vacation is handle people coming in to your rental to fix things.
