In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: meadow 30 m2. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), drying room. 400 m long narrow motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Innertkirchen" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Tennis 13 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car 1.5 km, skisport facilities 13 km, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aareschlucht, Triftbahn, Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg 12 km. Hiking paths: Sustenpass, Grimselwelt.
