Die uns zugeteilte Wohnung war katastrophal -große Käfer im Bad -schmutzig -Toilettenbrille kaputt -Nachttischlampe nicht mehr richtig befestigt -nur ein benutzbarer Stuhl -Balkon zu klein -keine Balkonbestuhlung -Balkontüre kaputt, ließ sich zeitweise nicht öffnen -Durchgang zwischen Bett und Schreibtisch zum Balkon minimal -Plastik-Duschhalterung kaputt -Nachttischschubladen waren herausgenommen/fehlten -TV-Programm nicht ohne Anmeldung nutzbar -Blick auf den Hof der Nachbarn anstatt aufs Meer -Küchenzeile war nicht vorhanden -Wasser in der Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab -Zuleitung zur Toilette mit tiefen Wandöffnungen und vielen mehr"

"We checked in and got a room that had a bed that felt like a wood board. Asked for a new room, issue was pretty much the same and we went to reception the next day to cancel and the receptionist started talking loud and did not stop or listen. She kept saying „what do you expect fir the price you paid“. After a short argument she upgraded us to a better, their best room. Which was basic at best. I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. The rest of the staff was fabulous and super friendly. We asked to talk to the GM and they refused. We slept there and spent as much time away as possible. The restaurant is like a train station waiting hall, not even an attempt to make it comfortable. The pool is good, the view is fantastic, the hairdryer was faulty and the hand towels were basically cloth napkins, not towels. I have to give a bad review but there is no way this is a hotel that should be under 4 stars. "

"Ein wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Stadthotel im Zentrum von Sorrent. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Hotelmanagerin ist hier lobend zu erwähnen, die sich jeden Tag bei jedem Gast persönlich beim Frühstück erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Auch im Vorfeld der Reise wurde man per Mail gefragt,ob man Fragen hat etc. So konnte man einen gut organisierten Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen zum Hotel in Anspruch nehmen. Auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen bekommt man Unterstützung. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Unterkunft. "
