An amazing hotel in Interlaken. Probably the best location in Interlaken with a door right on the train platform. Staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I would specifically mention Julie at the reception. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The room was about the right size with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again in our next visit

The location is great and the breakfast was decent. Bar tender was great, really attentive. Downside for me was the reception staff, very rude, impersonal and unhelpful, totally the opposite for people working in hospitality. Room has good facilities, a little small and dusty but overall good quality. Not sure I would recommend the hotel just because of how poor the reception staff were.

Rooming cleaning was ok but some days didn't change towels. But there was no problem getting towels. Reception was excellent especially Janina. Hotel was literally on the platform of Interlaken West. Extremely convenient. Breakfast was superb. Bar staff were always helpful. Charging for tomato ketchup and May sachets circa £1.50 was ridiculous!!

It’s a new property, everything is pretty, exactly like the pictures online. The location is perfect because it’s exactly at the train station, so it’s very convenient. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. It was a great find and I definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. There is not much going around in interlaken west but the train station is literally next door, so you can hop off to any where in switzerland.
