A bus stop is located on the high street about 15 minutes away, and the train station is just down the hill. The property is in a well-lit area, with surrounding streetlights providing additional security and peace of mind at night.
The private driveway at the front of the property can accommodate one vehicle. For larger vehicles or additional cars, free parking is available on-street. We kindly ask guests to avoid blocking neighbouring driveways to respect the local community.

The dining table is also situated in the lounge, allowing you to enjoy meals with a view of the Firth. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped with everything you need, including tea, coffee, and sugar, and a coffee machine with accompanying pods. From here, you’ll also have a lovely view of the spacious rear garden.
The house also features a small bathroom with a shower, and a ground-floor bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer to stay downstairs or may have mobility needs.
Outside, the enclosed garden offers a summer house equipped with a tumble dryer for guest use and garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun on warmer days.
