With a light-filled open plan living and dining, featuring comfortable and stylish furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen and additionally a separate lounge area; you have all you need for a family getaway!
From the kitchen area, you can open up large sliding doors where you will find an undercover area with seating and a barbeque. Towards the back of the house and off from the main living area, the backdoors extend out to a spectacular outdoor entertainment area, featuring an outdoor dining, umbrella and trampoline. The spacious and open backyard is perfect for children to enjoy the freedom of running around in a fully fenced and secure yard.
The master bedroom is luxurious and spacious and contains an ensuite and large walk in-robe. All remaining bedrooms flow off the hallway and are spacious with in-built wardrobes.
The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. The laundry features a modern washing machine.
The property is ideal for large families; multiple small families or groups.
