As we had booked for 4 nights, we did spend a degree of time in the room and unless you sit/lay on the bed the chairs in the room were fine but could be improved to make periods of sitting more comfortable. Not a criticisms just an idea in order to increase the comfortability ofthe room.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was great. I'd have appreciated if the coffee/hot drinks machine was still in use in the evening as my girlfriend enjoys a hot chocolate in the evening but the coffee/hot chocolate machine in the dining are was locked away. So we had to head out to a cafe that was open late.

Hotel was lovely as was most of the staff. The reason for the 3 stars is on arrival i was informed i had to pay a £50 per night security deposit which would be returned upon check out. Not what i expected or budgeted for so won't be staying again

it was a nice clean hotel great staff great meals i had booked a room with breakfast for two nights which was payed just like the evening meals we had each night which was payed after we ate on checking out the gentleman with the long hair on reception said we had the breakfasts to pay for which was payed i told him it was payed but he said it wasnt i didnt have my phone to show this and the manager said just wave it i told them there is nothing to wave its already pre payed so watch out if they try it on this spoiled two great days in this lovely hotel wont be back unless they appoligse which i doubt
