Very rude and aggressive staff. Made the entire family of 8 uncomfortable. After other staff fixed the issues she continued to speak poorly about our family to other staff AND guests.

Gave away our room

I booked a room with 2 twin beds. The hotel gave my room away and tried to give me a room with one double bed. I was traveling with my sister and that was unacceptable. The hotel had no other rooms with twin beds left and would not give us a refund even though we decided not to stay there.

The hotel was clean staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. The only negative was my view. Garbage cans. I can only imagine that in Summer there maybe it would be smelly when you opened the window at night. I would recommend either moving them or covering the cans. Otherwise no other issues
