Best breakfast I have seen at any hotel. Everything else was great too. Note that If you have chemical sensitivities, there were strong smells from what seemed like cleaning chemicals. Maybe carpet cleaning because it was theoughout the whole hotel. Hopefully it was just a temporary thing.

Breakfast menu was really simple yet tasty. Room looked tired and dated but still reasonably clean. Only the hairdryer was all covered with dust and i don't understand why it has to be permanently attached to the wall, on the right hand side, with fairly short cable which makes drying the hair for a left handed person, really uncomfortable. The corridors of the hotel are really dark.

This was a gem of a find! Halls a bit dark and in need of some love, but my room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed and lovely hot showers with great water pressure. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The lobby was lovely, with comfortable couches and chairs and was decorated for the Holidays.

Room was clean and warm, breakfast was awful, worst I’ve ever had. We’re charged £10 per person on checkin but the website states it should be £7.50 per person. Bar staff were not welcoming at all, despite us being the only ones in the bar. Was almost like we were an inconvenience. Won’t be staying again.

Loved the room, fantastic shower! Bed is extremely comfortable. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly to speak with. I am very glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Inverness. Also located in the perfect spot to be close to anything you may want or need within walking distance. All my needs were met within 1-10 minutes of walking. Also very close to the rail station and bus station.

B&B Hotel Inverness was the best accomodation I've stayed in yet, except a couple of private homes. The friendly helpful staff who obviously enjoyed working there was the number 1 positive feature of B&B Hotel Inverness. My room was spotlessly clean and the temperature was just right ... and I could adjust it as needed. The proximity to the train station and other amenities was perfect. Bus tours leaving for other destinations were also a walkable distance. Unrelated to the B&B Hotel itself, I found that everyone I met and/or spoke with was friendly, helpful, and cheerful.
