Great hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Inverness. Nice friendly staff and room was spacious and clean. We didnt have breakfast there but it looked good too. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel in a great location, walkable to key sights in Inverness. Enjoyed our stay. Ate out so can't rate breakfast. Their hall lights are motion triggered which is great eco initiative but unnervingly dark. I would keep at least some low lights on to help guests feel secure.

An extremely well positioned hotel; perfect for the town and especially convenient to the pedestrian bridge over to the River House Restaurant. Very comfortable beds and room accommodation, and a decent bar.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were great, friendly and professional. Rooms were really clean and had everything required for your stay. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment

It was weird as they didn’t even have face clothes in the rooms. The place was tired with no atmosphere. It really brought our trip to a lower level five we left 1200 bucks Canadian at the place. Very disappointed.

Also, we were told we could get breakfast first thing in the morning before our tour and then we're told in the morning that the entire breakfast room was reserved for another tour

The location was great, very central but backs onto the river ness so no view. The staff were very chatty and friendly. The room was a bit underwhelming for the price we paid and we would have liked a breakfast to order not a hot/tepid buffet

Let's start with the good: Fantastic location and beautiful esthetics and modern rooms. Check-in was quick and easy. Now for the bad, which isnt anything huge but more of an annoyance: We had a long day of driving and touring and just wanted to relax in our room and watch a little tv. TV did not work and staff could not get the channels to come up. All they said was sorry. They offered nothing for compensation at all. We went down to the bar and i asked is there something you can offer and person on duty said they can offer us a free drink. I am more annoyed that i had to ask instead of them just offering something. The other issue was the room temperature. It was soooo warm and we had the temperature turned as low as it would go and the fan as high as it could go. This could've been a much better review.
