You pay for what you get. It is ok. The room is quite small. However you get a bathroom with shower as well. No kettle or tea making facilities. You have to make it in a machine in reception. The bed was not the most comfy I have slept in but it did the job. The room did also have air con but it kept coming up with an error code so I turned it off. All in all, it was decent and did the job of providing a bed whilst in Ipswich.

Room was clean although very small and no storage for clothes or anything. Literally a bed and two fixed hangers. We had two nights here and hated living out of a suitcase under the bed. Ideal location for the town and the waterfront

Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay

Best for single travellers.

Room is too small for more than one person, with nowhere to even put things/bags etc other than the floor. Bed is very much on the hard side, that may suit some people. Toilet roll holder is too short for the toilet rolls so you have to find somewhere else to balance it.

It does what it says on the tin

Friendly staff with professional service. This is a no frills, straightforward hotel. Good value for money. It’s not a luxury hotel, it’s an uncomplicated clean place to sleep. Drop your bags, go explore and return to sleep. All as expected, I would stay again. Simple and effective.

The location for us was really good the carpark was a couple of minutes walk from the roof top carpark in great Coleman St... The hotel was just as described, clean and quiet we had a family room for one night to attend the football and it was perfectly fine fod the price we paid.

The staff are very friendly & helpful, some definitely nicer than others, the gentleman working Friday early evening, was fantastic and trying to get a remote / tv to work but unfortunately didn’t work properly so we gave up. The room wasn’t overly clean, the floors were very dirty especially under the bed and the space between bathroom walk and bed. Overall though for what we needed it for it does the job, just to warn you though if you opt to pay for window, the windows do not even open and the rooms a very small if you are on the larger side there is a lack of space to get ready etc especially when sharing.
