Iris Cottage is in the heart of the Hidden Heartlands so if its history your into then there is no better place to stay we have Loughcrew Cairns and Fore abbey just a few minutes away or 30 mins away is the Hill of Tara.
But if its fishing your interested in then check out Lough Lene and Lough Bane, or one of the many other lakes around us.
