Horrible experience!

Crappy experience.... the management of this place is terrible. I booked this guesthouse through Hotels.com, even called this guesthouse a day in advance to confirm if they had my booking confirmation sorted and they replied they did .... and then today when i reached the premises with my family i was gutted, was shifted to another seedy guesthouse nearby and ontop of that they had cancelled 1 out of 3 rooms that i had booked aswell 😢 terrible experience!
