The courtyard and pool area were beautiful! When we arrived, we were told that there would be no boat transportation due to scheduled repairs and we would hear jackhammering in the room from 10 am to 5 pm due to repairs. We were still charged the $70.00 per night resort fee.

The employees were incompetent, and our credit cards were charged twice. We ordered breakfast, that never came and they charged us anyway. The resort was being rehabbed, which not one told us, and the van that was supposed to be free for transport was broken down. Nice resort, horrible service.

Pool temperature was too cold given the weather. We were really looking forward to that on this trip, but couldn’t even enjoy it. Weekend live music choices weren’t very good. Shower drain backed ip terribly. Took >1/2 hour to drain after 1 shower. Shout out to the staff member’MK’ at the kayak launch. She was great! Probably won’t stay again as it’s too expensive for what it is.
