Property fit our needs perfectly. Sat on the deck to watch the sunset, had a bonfire and roasted marshmallows, enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.

Jarred was a very great Host while we were there at his cabin. The cabin was in a great location and was only 15 min drive to West Yellowstone and 20 min drive to the west Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Had a great time at the cabin and the Hot tub was a instance suggest with the Kids and the adults also. Very Quiet and restful place to come to in the evening after a long day in the Park. Would suggest this cabin to anyone for a family gathering would stay there again. Plenty of room for 12 people. Thanks so much from all of us Jarred for being a great host and having a great place to stay.

This house was exactly like advertised. The owner was very responsive and handled all issues and questions immediately. The house is well stocked in all the bathrooms and kitchen. Very cute decorations and great fire pit. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Island Park Home

This was our home away from home for our family and friends summer vacation to Yellowstone National Park! We were 3 families with 5 pre- teenagers. It was very spacious,clean, and comfortable! Conveniently located just off of West Yellowstone and entrance to the park. Cooking and BBQ are important for us on these trips. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances and they have a brand new outdoor grill. The owner/manager was very responsive to any inquiries or needs we had during our week long vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and specially the firepit where kids did smores just about every evening. Just cant say enough great things about this home. Thank you Jarred for being such a great host!

Perfect Home Base for Family Vacation

This is a great property. Nicely appointed, comfortable bedrooms. An easy 15 minute drive to the West Entrance, this cabin offered us the perfect home base for our daily treks into the park. We had family coming from four directions and there was plenty of space for our four vehicles. The setting is beautiful and quiet, with a lovely field out back where we saw dear grazing in the morning. The kitchen has a well-stocked pantry and a large fridge, with plenty of dishes and cooking implements to meet the needs for our crew of eleven. The owners were helpful and accommodating, and available to answer questions when needed. Everyone enjoyed this property. Thank you Jared and Monica!

Wonderful

The 8 of us just loved our stay at this home. Location was the number one reason -- very close to West Yellowstone and the park, and also a few cool nearby state parks. The kitchen was fully stocked and the decor was charming and comfortable. We made nightly use of the fire pit in back and it was awesome having no neighbors and lots of wildlife right in the backyard. in any rental, there are things that need to be fixed, but they were relatively minor and in no way diminished our experience. Thank you.

Amazing

We rented this house for our yearly family reunion to visit a National Park- this place was close to west Yellowstone. We all love the house the location the amount of rooms the hot tub- everything! It was very rustic with its decor. Kitchen very well stocked. I can’t say enough- it was the coolest house! Would definitely rent from this host again!!

Had a great time and property is beautiful

We had a great time but found a few problems with it that impacted the stay: the grill was rotten and had no propane. We came in late with grill-ready foods to cook and were unable to do so. Also, there were wall heaters that had no clear instructions (since we are not from an area of the country that has these) so we weren’t sure of timers, temps or if they turned off automatically. The other amenities were appreciated!

Annual Family Vacation

My family: husband, 4 sons, 1 daughter -in-law, 1 son-in-law, 2 grandchildren & 1 boyfriend had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin!! The location to the West Gate is so close & Old Faithful is less than an hour away! This cabin is as close as you can get to the West Gate without staying in the park! Jared & Monica are super amazing hosts who made sure we had everything we needed to have a fabulous time. We used the Spa & we spent 2 nights outside making s’mores at the campfire! We will definitely recommend this home to everyone! It’s huge! The 11 of us never felt crowded. We also saw the local Fox and the deer out back! Thank you Jared & Monica! We hope to be able to visit here again.

A Little Bit of Heaven

This was the perfect location for our group. We wanted to be close enough to Yellowstone, but not in the hubbub of downtown. The house was big enough to spread out and we never felt cramped. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus since there were kids. The silverware needs to be replenished, as there were not enough place settings. Also, some of the pans need to be replaced because the coating is coming off. Almost forgot, the hot tub was a big hit. Open the windows and remember to go out at night and gaze at the stars! All and all I would stay here again.

The house was great and they had everything you need for a great stay. The location made it easy to get anyplace fast. The owners were very easy to work with and had great communication with us. We are happy with our choice and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Family Togetherness

Well appointed home, the kids loved the loft area! Had everything we needed to make our Yellowstone trip wonderful. Wish we had been able to book it on the back end of our trip! Would 100% return to this location. We used the fire pit area one evening and small grizzly made an appearance at the edge of the forest and we watched it safely from the deck. The fox made his appearance daily and of course the chipmunks said hello.
