Conner was an excellent host with great communication. The house is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of room and views out every window. We stayed here to go snowmobiling for a week and this place is very centrally located to all major trails and fuel. The house is very easy to sled into and out of daily. If you have a large family or group, this is what you are looking for in Island Park.

This cabin was absolutely perfect. It was fully decorated for Christmas and was adorable. The perfect spot for our family get together. The cabin sauna and hot tub were a family hit! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Family Reunion

Great Property, just as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and spread out. Having 2 washers and Dryers was very nice. The back balcony was huge and overlooked the lake. We spent a lot of time out there. The fire pit was nice. Huge kitchen with everything you would need. The neighborhood has a private park down by the lake with 4 private docks available for use. We rented a surf boat and 2 jet skis one of the days and were able to use the dock and the park to hang out all day and eat lunch and take turns on the boat. The house was under an hour long drive to Yellowstone, we did that one of the days as well. Everyone loved the house, we would definitely rent there again.

Just what we signed up for!

The property was stunning overlooking the reservoir and the mountain back drop!We had a wonderful time exploring Yellowstone, going fly fishing, riding the awesome UTV trails and even horseback riding right up the road.Something for everyone in the family to do and when we weren’t busy we were chilling in the hot tub or having a fire.Connor was a wonderful host! We just wish we could live there now

Priceless Vacation!

To say that staying in this property was a special treat is a massive understatement. The quality of this property blew us away! So much thought has been put into each and every room and convenience. We love that each of the families that stayed there had their own bathroom and space. The back deck, grass to play on, fire pit, sauna and hot tub were such a treat! But the real treasure is the setting. Nothing like waking up to the sun rising over the water or spying a moose and fox walking in the field by the house. It was stunning! Decor: 10 Setting: 10 Cleanliness: 10+ (cleanest property we’ve stayed in) Communication: 10 (hosts are amazing) Space: 10 (Plenty of space for everyone) Kitchen: 10 (we did everything from smoking steaks to making peach cobbler and didn’t miss one single gadget. They have everything you need!) I don’t give these ratings lightly. They earned and deserved each of these 10’s. We will for sure be back!!

Beautiful Home

The home was very beautiful, communicating with Conner was very easy and he responded with any questions fast. The house was fully stocked and was perfect for 14 of us including 2 babies. Would definitely stay again.

40th party

Great location and great house. Hosted my wife and her friends for her 40th birthday and was perfect. Great views, close to water, but it is a little walk. Community dock made it easy for a boat rental. No complaints here or from any of the guest. Connor was responsive and kind regardless of question. We are talking about renting again and bringing kids to enjoy.

Stayed at the property for a sort of mini family reunion. What a wonderful home. The layout was perfect for a family with a wide span in ages. Everyone could have their own space and then have great common areas to enjoy together. Home was well stocked and very clean. Conner was always very prompt with communication. Very impressed. Beautiful Home and view

This property was so beautiful and fun. It had lots of great features and it was nice to have grass on the property as well. We wish we had closer access to the lake where we had privacy from the backyard but it was still fairly close to the public boat ramp area. Everything is kept so nice and had everything we needed. The owner had great communication and responded with anything we needed.

Island Park Idaho

We loved our stay at this location,10 adults and 4 children and this home and had plenty of room ! We enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the outside upper deck having coffee and conversation with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and talking about our trips to nearby Yellowstone , and the rodeo which I would highly recommend for a family outing ! Also found a few restaurants that we liked fairly close by no matter where you go everything is at least a half hour to get to so sit back relax and enjoy the scenery! Thank You to the owners we would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable hangout for extended family and grandkids

As the grandparents, we wanted a place that was comfortable for our 3 kids and their families. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms and the huge common area upstairs was a great place to gather.

Annual Family Reunion

This was our 10th annual family vacation and we were so happy with our stay at this beautiful cabin. It was absolutely the best!! The cabin is spacious and the design both spacious and elegant and also extremely comfortable and homey. Our host was very responsive and we had everything to make our stay amazing. From the hot tub to the sauna and the seven incredible bedrooms there was room for our entire family. I personally loved the fantastic view and enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Absolutely delightful and look forward to another visit!

The property is stunning. Located about 40 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Enjoyed making memories with our family within Yellowstone and just outside the front door. Island Park has numerous UTV trails. Perfect get away for our family vacation!

Amazing

The house had everything and more for all to enjoy. Spacious, all the accommodations and the panoramic views so beautiful which could be enjoyed through the homes magnificent windows as well as the outdoor balcony.
