Very nice area

The room was ok, but the bathroom was so small and the door would not close properly. However the hotel seem like a nice spot for a couple of day vacation.

After a very long day of travel, we arrived an hour before check in. The elderly lady at the front desk told us we can check in as per our reservation. No discussion of a possibility of checking in an hour early. Never seen this at any hotel. She didn’t even check to see if our room was made up. Also, they don’t clean at all if you stay for 3 days or a week. That’s a little disappointing. They also advertise a mini fridge but there was none in our room. They did eventually put one in for us.

Nous avons apprécié la belle vue, le personnel accueillant et la propreté de la chambre. Par contre, plusieurs éléments ont nui à notre expérience : • L’insonorisation est très mauvaise – on entendait les voisins tousser, parler et même leur cadran. • Le matelas était en fin de vie : il bougeait comme un lit d’eau au moindre mouvement. • Et surtout, en plein été, la piscine extérieure était fermée, tout comme le restaurant, en raison d’un manque de personnel. Cela a été vraiment embêtant. Un beau potentiel, mais plusieurs aspects devraient être améliorés pour que l’expérience soit à la hauteur du prix.

The staff was welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was magnificent! We had a dinner reservation for over a month, but we were informed, when we got there, that the restaurant was closed that night. Never received a phone call to be notified. That was very disappointing for us as we had planned to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a nice meal at the restaurant. The staff gave us a good recommendation of another restaurant where we could eat dinner and we enjoyed an excellent meal.
