Check-in was slow, as theyâd lost the key. When we eventually got into the room, it looked a bit tired, but was clean. We then discovered there was no TV remote!⊠and despite several attempts from the staff to try and âfind a spareâ, all attempts failed. This was frustrating as, after a long day, we just wanted to relax and watch some tv.
I was told that the owner was away, but upon their return was promised that a âgoodwill partial refundâ would be offered. No communication happened (surprise, surprise) and we were left feeling very hard done by - an average hotel, at premium prices, who clearly donât care about their guests!
