Great location and beach access. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The condo unit was great. The only minor negative was the wifi access which went down for hours on 2 different days, although it was a shared wifi for the building and not specifically the condo unit, so no blame there. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will look to return, thanks

Early Spring stay

Small, clean, nice quaint, close to pier, short walk to main strip and grocery store center of town, States could sleep 4, but recommend that be two adults and small kids. Needs a little work, but a nice retreat. No elevator (if you are carrying luggage up stairs), next to public Park.

Loved the view!!! Everything was close. We visited Charleston, Folly Beach, Angel Oak, Shem Creek..

The property was just perfect for what we needed and we had great weather. Our first few days were in the 70's so we got to Isle Of Palm Beach a few of the days.

There are better options!!

This unit really needs updating! There are big places all over the walls that were just painted over instead of fixed. The furniture was functional, but not great. Overall, everything was ok, but the price for this unit is comparable to other units in the same building that are much nicer.

This unit is not the best option!

This property location is great! The view is awesome! The private pier was great too! Unfortunately, we were greeted with palmetto bugs and roaches! There was hair on the mattresses, holes in the walls, and black mold in the shower! There is no storage and it’s very small! I can’t imagine having 6 people in this place! I would stay at Sea Cabins again but not in this unit!

Needs work but great view

The unit had a nice 3rd floor view of the ocean. Be prepared to climb many flights of stairs with luggage. The unit is old and in need of many repairs. Holes in the walls, bad drywall patch job, trying to be covered up with a sloppy paint job. Large hole in the closet area wall that led to the bathroom plumbing. The bed was beyond uncomfortable. The mattress was so old it sank in the middle with two people. If you are looking for a good location, this is your place. If you are looking for quality and comfort run!

Great for a short trip

We stayed at this location for a quick weekend getaway. I did not like the check in process, but it wasn’t horrible. Instead of sending you the door code the day of I had to go pick up the door code at the management office and sign another document after I signed some via email. The property has a good location, however I’m sure during the summer months the beach would be very crowded as it is right beside isle of palms county park. We didn’t use the pool, just enjoyed the ocean. The private pier was nice to walk out on. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. The condo itself is small and while it can sleep more as there is 1 bedroom, bunk beds in hall, and pull out couch, it would be very crowded with this many people in there. It is outdated, but that isn’t a surprise as it is depicted in the pictures. I was surprised to find the paint/walls in bad shape, but I’m sure that is just because of it being a rental property. Overall, I would stay again for a short weekend getaway, but not likely for a week plus vacation.

Great Location Poor Listing

Listing did not include any information about the unit--nothing about beds or essentials that the unit does or doesn't have. I didn't know until we got there that there are a set of bunk beds and a pull out couch. I wouldn't have brought 2 air mattresses and bedding otherwise. I get that the market bears the price, but for the high rate, please update the unit. We booked last minute so it was the last unit left. We were thankful for the view and location!

The condo was clean and well kept. The ocean view from the balcony was perfect. The location was ideal for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops located in the area. It was better than I imagined!

The cleanliness was questionable (we even had to wait an hour after check in time to get into the unit) and the floor of bath tub was patched with some kind of spongy material that looked like gloves of playdoh.
