In Sand Castle erleben Sie den Komfort von zu Hause mit dem Komfort des Strandzugangs. Das Haus wurde neu gekauft und professionell eingerichtet. Dieses Cottage am Meer mit drei Schlafzimmern ist sĂŒĂŸ wie ein Knopf und der perfekte Ort, um Erinnerungen mit Ihren Liebsten zu schaffen!

Beim Betreten des Hauses werden Sie vom Marmor-Esstisch begrĂŒĂŸt, der sich zum gerĂ€umigen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Flachbildfernseher öffnet. Auf der rechten Seite befindet sich die bezaubernde KĂŒche mit genĂŒgend Platz zum Kochen und Essen. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich das GĂ€stezimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett, das mit einem Badezimmer verbunden ist. This was the second time we’ve stayed at this beach house and we absolutely adore it. It is the perfect size for a family of 4 plus 2 dogs. The direct access to the beach is incredible and the view from the porch is lovely. We can’t wait to come back.

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay. It’s location is wonderful right on the beach. It could use a full length mirror. Also, because of the high cabinets and a dryer with hard to reach controls, a step ladder would be helpful. We appreciated the keyless entry and the clear directions for check-in and check-out.

IOP Cottage on the Beach

Sandcastle is a cozy cottage set among multilevel beach houses in IOP. Its location on the beach is very convenient and quiet. It is fairly well furnished though the cottage shows its age and could use some updating. The large yard and proximity to the beach access boardwalk make it a great place to bring your dog. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location

In a sea of giant houses on postage stamps, this house was the perfect combination— roomy 3 bedroom, space for everyone to spread out, and enough yard for it to feel private and family friendly! Having the beach walkway right by the house was ideal. Can’t wait to return!

Location, location and location

An attractive, tidy, functional little house with multi-million dollar views. You can see water from virtually every window in the house, including sunrise from your bed. The expansive view from the living room is amazing. And if you open both bedroom doors and get the full ocean panorama from one end of the house to the other, the effect is STUNNING. It's like being on an ocean liner. So close to the beach that you can easily take multiple walks on the strand through the course of the day. Sitting inside and all of a sudden you realize that there's a beautiful sunset going on? Just pop out the back and you on the beach, in awe, in about one minute. Literally. What a luxury! Truth be told, however, the living room furniture needs to be rethought. It's new and attractive but not great quality and quite small. Even two people will find it difficult to have a sprawled-all-over-the-couch-with-feet-propped-up-in-front-of-Netflix experience in the evening. So that's a minus. But if you want to really commune with the ocean, up close and personal, this is the place for you.

Perfect For Us

A perfect pet friendly location for us. Public beach access adjacent to the property made our daily trips to the beach very convenient. The house was clean and sufficiently stocked with kitchen utensils. The living and dining spaces were just right for my wife and I. A charming back deck offered both shaded and sun exposure areas as well as beautiful sunrises. A plus for pet owners was the outdoor lighting feature of the home provided plenty of light for the large yard when taking the dogs out at night. The only negative was limited visibility when pulling out of the driveway onto Palm Blvd which is a busy street. Public parking on either side of the driveway obstructs your view making it difficult to exit. All in all it was a great stay and very enjoyable. Highly recommended

Peace and Perfection

This rental had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Well stocked kitchen with silver wear, utensils, dishes, and appliances. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Ample dining area and convenience of a washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Well appointed outdoor porch/balcony furniture. TV’s in every bedroom and living room. Dog gate on the back deck/porch. Big yard and lots of grass for walking the dogs. This rental is right next to the public beach walkway. Oceanfront rental without being right on the beach. You can sit at the table on the back deck and enjoy the ocean view and ocean breezes. So nice and peaceful!

The place is located right on the beach in a very nice area. However, a disappointment when on back porch, as there are so many large trees, the direct view is quite minimal of the ocean. Waste of an excellent location. Place was fine, back porch which we spent a lot of time on could’ve been cleaner. Overall a nice place.
