Learnt from the staff that the hotel is fairly new. Cleanliness of hotel is very good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice spa and gym, and the staffs are helpful to assist you. There are few restaurants around the hotel especially towards the Acibadem Atunizade Hospital (7 min by walk) also there is a large mall (Capitol) 7 mins walking distance for shopping and dining , including Migros a grocery store. It was very convenient for me since driving can be stressful in Istanbul during busy hours.
